The culinary vision of Mediterra Restaurant & Bar is led by Chef Carter Trần, who brings more than a decade of experience from renowned kitchens such as Park Hyatt Saigon and highly regarded restaurants in Sydney. As Executive Chef, Chef Carter follows a principle of deep respect for ingredients.
